Jonathan believes every human being deserves to feel truly seen and heard. As a Partner at SYPartners, Jonathan channels this mindset into building caring relationships with clients and colleagues.

Since joining in 2015, he has worked alongside executives of Fortune 50 companies, non-profit organizations, and high-growth start-ups, including Gannett, IBM, J.Crew, Planned Parenthood, UnitedHealthcare, SunPower, Wheels Up, and XQ. In all his work, Jonathan believes in leading with curiosity, engaging through generosity, learning by doing, and prototyping along the way.

Prior to joining SYPartners, Jonathan spent much of his career in digital product development, helping leaders unearth and embrace the human side of enterprise software design, development, and adoption. Out in the world, you’ll find Jonathan meandering beside his wife, serving as devoted parents to their daughter and as loyal staff to their Siberian cat, Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
