Martin Jetter is a seasoned business leader with a distinguished career at IBM. He served as Senior Vice President and Chairman of IBM Europe, Middle East, and Africa, where he managed key relationships with the European Union and other major institutions. Prior to that, he held roles including Senior Vice President for Global Technology Services, General Manager of IBM Europe and General Manager of IBM Japan. Martin began his career at IBM in 1986 as an application engineer in an Industrial Branch office in Germany.

Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Deutsche Börse Group (operator of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange)  and is a member of the Friedhelm LOH Foundation, Debora Loh Foundation, and the SCION Association Advisory Board.

Martin’s experience lies in building and transforming organizations. He is a strong advocate for cultivating cultures that empower teams to reach their full potential. His international leadership, IT acumen, and industry knowledge are widely respected across the United States and Europe.
