Paola Allais Acree,
Principal

As a Principal at SYP, Paola partners with leaders in moments of ambiguity. She brings shape to their aspirations and clarity to their vision, focusing on elevating humanity and inspiring a better future.

Since 2021, Paola has worked with organizations such as NetApp, J&J, GE Aerospace, Aspen Institute, Nike, and Mars, among others.

Prior to joining SYPartners, Paola worked at The Associated Press and AARP, developing strategy for organizational transformation in the face of a changing industry, vast demographic movements, and cultural shifts of generational proportions.

Paola grew up in France in an unequivocally Italian household. She earned an M.F.A. in Theater Management and an M.B.A. from Yale University, and a B.A. in Religion from Princeton University. Paola is on the board of the Woolly Mammoth Theatre, a role she cherishes as an homage to her first love, the theater. That love is today superseded by her newest mandate as a professional soccer mom to her and her husband’s children. The five of them live in the Washington, D.C. area.
